Kilifi Mission

Kenya Highlands University continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to community development and mission partnership through meaningful support to BOFA Africa Gospel Church (AGC) in Kilifi County. The University facilitated the connection of a reliable supply of clean and safe water to the church, significantly enhancing the church’s capacity to serve both its congregation and the surrounding community.

BOFA AGC Church is under the faithful shepherdship of Pastor Zaccheus Kemei, who continues to minister diligently in this mission field. Access to clean water has not only strengthened the church’s ministry activities but has also contributed positively to the health and overall well-being of the local community.

During this week’s mission engagement, our Vice Chancellor of Kenya Highlands University, Prof. Joseph Kiplangat, visited the site and personally checked the water connection project, confirming its functionality and reliability. This initiative reflects a strong partnership in mission work, a commitment to holistic ministry, and a sustainable approach to improving living conditions within the community.

This act of service aligns with the biblical verse in Matthew 10:42:

“And if you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded.”
