
Kenya Highlands University was honoured to host Mrs. Sharon Kisire, a renowned Human Resource expert and practitioner, during a courtesy visit to our Vice Chancellor, Prof. Joseph Kiplangat.
Mrs. Kisire is the founder of Power House HR, a firm dedicated to strategic HR solutions and leadership development. She currently serves as a Commissioner with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), where she plays a pivotal role in shaping human resource policies within Kenya’s education sector.
During her visit, Mrs. Kisire shared valuable insights on leadership, talent management, and the dynamic evolution of human capital development. Her extensive experience in both public and private sectors enriched a robust dialogue with the university’s leadership on potential collaboration in areas such as mentorship, job evaluation & analysis, and professional development.
