It was a great day for all our staff led by our Vice -Chancellor Prof. Joseph Kiplangat during our team building session that was held at Rays Hotel in Kericho County conducted by Inspire Kilele Consultancy.
A team is a group of people working towards a common goal and that is what Kenya Highlands University believes as family at all times. The plan to have a Team Building is to enable our staff to reach their goals. It consists of steps like knowing the university’s products; identification of hindrances to goal achievements; facing the identified challenges and enabling the achievement of the goals.
The Vice Chancellor in his speech emphasized teamwork, willingness to work together, creating a favorable environment for all, Appreciating each other’s roles and encouraged all the staff to achieve the mission that God has given them at Kenya Highlands University.
The facilitator took us through various sessions on how we can be productive, work as a team, support students, Time management and build a culture of Collaboration and Unity.
The sessions were full of brain-engaging games and interactive sessions filled with laughter and many lessons learned.
