The Department oversees recruitment and selection, staff orientation, performance management, training and professional development, promotions, and staff welfare. We aim to attract, retain, and nurture qualified personnel who are dedicated to academic excellence and quality service delivery.

We also facilitate continuous staff development through capacity-building programmes, workshops, and training opportunities to enhance skills, innovation, and leadership. By promoting professional growth and ethical conduct, we seek to strengthen individual performance and institutional effectiveness.

The HR Department works closely with all academic and administrative units to ensure compliance with labour laws, University statutes, and regulatory requirements.
