Earlier today, Our Vice Chancellor, Prof. Joseph Kiplangat, joined the Absa Bank Kericho Branch during its celebration of Customer Service Week, where he served as the Chief Guest.
The celebration brought together the Absa Kericho team to recognize the importance of customers and the vital role that excellent customer service plays in building strong, lasting relationships.
During the event, Prof. Kiplangat had an engaging interaction with the Absa Kericho Branch Manager, Mr. Reuben Langat, and members of his team.
