Friday, 30th April, 2024, we bid a fond farewell to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Wilson Lang’at, as he embarks on a new chapter in his journey. He has officially handed over to the acting Vice Chancellor Dr. Daniel Ngeno.

Prof. Wilson Langat has been an exceptional leader whose vision and dedication have profoundly shaped our university.

Under his guidance, we’ve witnessed unprecedented growth and success, from academic advancements, Student’s enrolment to groundbreaking initiatives. His passion and love for Kenya Highlands University and commitment to excellence have inspired all and will continue to resonate within our institution.

As we express our deepest gratitude for his transformative leadership, we also celebrate the lasting impact he leaves behind. He encouraged the staff fraternity to support the incoming leadership as he will be happy to see KHU grows.

His legacy will forever be woven into the fabric of our university as we strive for growth.

We wish Prof. Lang’at continued success and fulfillment in all his future endeavors.

Thank you for everything, Prof. Lang’at. Your legacy lives in the hearts and minds of our university community.
