Welcome to our University.
The Division of Administration and Finance plays a central role in supporting the University’s mission of excellence in teaching, research, and community service.Our responsibility is to ensure that the institution operates efficiently, transparently, and sustainably by providing sound financial management and effective administrative services.
We are committed to prudent stewardship of University resources. Through accountable budgeting, careful planning, and responsible utilization of funds, we strive to create an enabling environment where academic and student programmes can thrive. Our systems and processes are designed to promote integrity, efficiency, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Division oversees key support services including finance, procurement, human resource management, infrastructure development, maintenance, and general administration. We continually improve these services to enhance service delivery to staff, students, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.
We also recognize that a strong institution is built upon dedicated staff and a supportive working environment. We therefore seek to promote staff welfare, capacity development, and effective communication across all departments so that every member of the University community can contribute productively to the realization of our shared goals.
