The University is sponsored by Africa Gospel Church and Bishop is the Chancellor. The Central Church Council appoints the University Trustees. University Council and its Chairperson are appointed by the University Trustees. The University Council appoints the Vice-Chancellor and members of management who run the day- to- day business of the University. The University Senate is in charge of academic affairs. The Vice-Chancellor is the Chief Executive Officer and chairs the Management and Senate.
